Suda blocks your addictive apps and unlocks them when you do pushups in front of the camera — 1 pushup = 1 minute of screen time. No user account is necessary and all data stays on your device.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Suda ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Suda is a screen time app that helps you trade scrolling for exercise. The App provides:

App blocking — selected apps are blocked until you earn screen time.
Pushup sessions — the camera counts your pushups using on-device pose detection.
An earn rate of 1 minute of screen time per completed pushup.
Daily stats and streaks stored locally on your device.

Screen Time permissions (iOS) or Usage Access and overlay permissions (Android), plus camera access, are required for full functionality.

3. No Account Needed

Everything is stored on your device. No sign-up, no login, no password required.

4. Health & Exercise Disclaimer

Suda involves physical exercise. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily performing physical activity at your own risk.
You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.
You should stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
The App is not a medical or fitness advisory service and provides no health advice.
We are not liable for injuries resulting from exercise performed while using the App.

5. Screen Time & App Blocking

By granting blocking permissions (Screen Time / FamilyControls on iOS, Usage Access and overlay on Android), you acknowledge that:

The App can block selected apps on your device.
Apps are unlocked by completing pushups.
We are not responsible for missed notifications or messages from blocked apps.
You can revoke access at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Screen Time; Android: Settings > Apps > Suda).

6. Camera

By granting camera access, you acknowledge that:

The camera is used to count pushups with on-device pose detection only.
No images or video are uploaded, transmitted, or stored beyond the current session.
The microphone is never used and no audio is recorded.
You can revoke access at any time in your device settings.

7. Purchases

The App may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any purchases will be processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their respective terms, and these Terms will be updated accordingly before any paid features launch.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws.
Perform exercise only in a safe environment and within your physical limits.
Not attempt to circumvent app blocking through unauthorized methods.
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit bugs in the App.
Ensure minors have parental or guardian consent before using blocking features.

We may restrict access for violations of these Terms.

9. Age Requirements

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors, including the physical exercise involved.

10. Third-Party Services

No data is sold. No ads are displayed. No third-party analytics are used.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be available without interruption.
The App will meet your specific requirements.
App blocking will work in every scenario or device configuration.
Pushup detection will be accurate in every lighting condition, camera angle, or environment.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data or productivity.
Damages resulting from blocked app access.
Injuries or health issues arising from physical exercise.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

13. Intellectual Property

Suda owns the App, including its design, code, and content, all of which are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated within the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Spanish courts. EU consumers retain their rights under their country's consumer protection laws.

17. Apple App Store & Google Play Terms

In accordance with platform requirements:

These Terms are between you and Suda, not Apple or Google.
Apple and Google have no responsibility for the App or its content.
Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Apple and Google are not responsible for any claims related to the App.
Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
